The Hustler & Hurdler NuBus or SCSI serial expander, provide an additional 2 or 4 standard Macintosh serial ports with mini-DIN8 connectors.
All units have a RAM buffer, processor and serial controller to minimise the effect of access to multiple channels simultaneously. Sustained rates up to 230,000 baud are achievable.
If more ports are required simply add another unit. As long as your software is CTB compatible all ports will be made available automatically.
Hurdler & Hustler are fully compatible with Apple Remote Access, 4sight Fax, Glenwarne Fax Express, TeleFinder, FirstClass and all CTB compatible software.
